If a person on probation gambles and loses money, he will have to pay his debt immediately. The penalties for going to a casino on probation are minor and far between. There is no law that prevents someone from playing these games when he is under supervision. He could also go to a bingo hall to play bingo with other people on probation. A person on probation could still gamble by buying lottery tickets or betting on sports- just as long as he abides by the rules stated above. Gambling at a casino is not against the law however, there are many other ways to gamble.
