The plaza is also home to one of my favorite wrap/sandwich place, Longboards, so I've noticed North Dragon before. There aren't fancy outer decorations that call patrons and you won't find a flashy sign either. Home to a very crowd-less plaza along North Oak Trafficway, most would bypass North Dragon.
I have a couple of items that I wish would happen before this place becomes the perfect Chinese Restaurant in Kansas City.
I have to say, North Dragon Chinese Restaurant is a great Chinese Restaurant.
